That is the UPI2DB (Unread Posts Information 2 DataBase).
The Version who runs here is the V3. And at this time it is not released (it's beta stage but very stable).

YES!!!
It is a great MOD. Specially Admins and Moderators will never have the old system, if they have work once with the UPI2DB.

But I recommend you to wait for the V3 release.
It is much more easily to install and works much faster than the V2.
