JPEG oder PNG, was ist besser?

I am able to choose between JPEG and PNG, but I don't know which setting is more secure. Could you explain this to me?

my english is not very good, but JPEG whit 75% is pefect for more secure.

There is no realy safety reason for choice one of the formats.

JPG images have less file sizes than PNG and through the quality attitude you can effact the contrast.
Low quality images are indistinct. The contrast is not so big and thus can be more heavily to scan the image.

Du hast recht, es wäre schon schön wenn die Tipps auch in Englisch existieren würden. Aber das Übersetzen ist leider recht heftig.

Jep das kann ich mir gut vorstellen, würde gerne helfe aber mein English ist leider nicht so gut dafür.
