Minimum posts(messages) to open a topic in one forum MOD ?

Hello my dear friend Amigalink!

Well since some time I am trying to find a Mod that did necessary for my users a minimums of posts(messages) to open a new topic in a certain forum.

But I didn't find any Mod like this.

I don't know if this Mod exists, but I searched and I didn't find anything like that, so I ask you if u can make it.

I don't now a MOD like this.

It is not heavy to code such a MOD. I use a comparable function here at AmigaLink.de to disallow the testaccount post in forums unlike the Testforum.
But at the time I do not program anything, because I make a motorcycle driving licence.
